2020 marks the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution guaranteeing women's right to vote.   

Hear about the Wilmington women who played an active role in advancing women's rights and worked for the passage of the Amendment and the suffrage meetings and parade that took place in Wilmington.

Our speaker on this topic will be Wilmington resident  Janet Lindenmuth,  a research librarian at the Widener Law School.
